But to Attractive Interiors, it is more than just the sale that fulfills them—it is the passion for transforming spaces. The team loves what they do! This beautifully renovated home was ready to go on the market, but for a better chance to sell it quickly and at top dollar, the clients called Attractive Interiors in to stage the space. Heather and her team’s goal was to showcase the home’s clean, bright atmosphere. They decided to achieve that end by curating a modern desert aesthetic and using natural elements like jute rugs whenever possible. The neutral color palette established a modern base upon which to build, and Attractive Interiors loved the final effect which the warm wood elements created.
The effectiveness of all the designs which Attractive Interiors implements is dependent upon the quality of research that is completed before the staging is planned. Heather and her team do their due diligence looking at the buyer demographic for each home they stage, and then design each interior using a style the ideal buyer is predicted to love.
